Zero Return Policy
Omega Auto Brokers does not offer a return, exchange, or cancellation period after a vehicle has been purchased and delivered.
There is no 24-hour, 48-hour, 72-hour, or four-day grace period. Once a customer completes the purchase and takes delivery of the vehicle, the transaction is considered complete.
Discretionary Cancellations
We understand that unusual situations can happen. Although Omega Auto Brokers does not maintain a return policy, management may occasionally agree to accept the return of a vehicle or unwind a completed transaction.
- A request to return a vehicle does not guarantee that the request will be approved.
- If Omega Auto Brokers agrees to cancel a completed transaction, certain expenses already incurred by the dealership are non-refundable and will be deducted from any amount being returned or credited.
Cancellation Expenses
Mileage
A charge of $0.75 per mile will apply for all mileage placed on the vehicle after delivery.
Mileage is calculated using the documented mileage at the time of delivery compared with the mileage when the vehicle is returned.
$799 Dealer Processing Fee
The $799 dealer processing fee is non-refundable once the transaction has been completed.
By the time a vehicle is sold, Omega Auto Brokers has already incurred expenses associated with processing and completing the transaction. The vehicle has also been removed from advertising and from the market, eliminating the dealership's opportunity to market and sell that vehicle to another customer during the time it was in the purchaser's possession.
For those reasons, the $799 processing fee is not refunded when a completed sale is cancelled.
$329 Limited Powertrain Warranty Cost
Eligible vehicles include a 3-month or 3,000-mile limited powertrain warranty administered through a third-party warranty company.
Omega Auto Brokers pays $329 for this coverage.
Once the warranty has been activated and can no longer be cancelled or refunded by the warranty administrator, the $329 cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved cancellation.
$259 Five-Year Maintenance Discount Plan
Omega Auto Brokers also provides a five-year maintenance discount plan with every eligible vehicle.
The plan is activated at the time of purchase, and Omega Auto Brokers incurs a cost of $259 for the activated plan.
Once activated, the maintenance plan is non-cancelable and non-refundable. As a result, the $259 cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved cancellation.
Out-of-State Purchases
Purchasing a vehicle from Omega Auto Brokers while residing outside of Virginia is entirely voluntary on the part of the buyer.
- If Omega Auto Brokers ever agrees to accept the return of an out-of-state purchase, the buyer is 100% responsible for arranging and paying for transportation of the vehicle back to Omega Auto Brokers.
- Any shipping, towing, carrier, delivery, travel, or other transportation expense associated with returning the vehicle is the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid or reimbursed by Omega Auto Brokers.
- The vehicle must be returned to Omega Auto Brokers at the buyer's expense as part of any approved cancellation.
Example of Cancellation Expenses
If Omega Auto Brokers agrees to accept a vehicle back after it has been driven 500 miles, the applicable expenses would be:
