We arrange delivery through independent, third-party transport companies. Pickup times depend on their scheduling and logistics. We are not liable for delays or damages during transport.
Omega Auto Brokers does not own or operate a transport company. Vehicle transportation is arranged through third-party carriers secured via our dealer dispatch network. These transport companies are independent contractors and are not affiliated with Omega Auto Brokers.
While we work diligently to arrange prompt pickup and delivery, there is no guarantee that your vehicle will be picked up the same day or the following day after dispatch. Pickup and delivery times are contingent upon the logistics, scheduling, and route planning of the transport company.
Once a vehicle has been dispatched, Omega Auto Brokers is not responsible or liable for any delays, scheduling changes, or service issues caused by the transport company.
Damage During Transport: In the event of any damage occurring during transport, all claims must be filed directly between the customer and the transport company. Omega Auto Brokers assumes no liability for the vehicle once it has been released to and is in possession of the transport company.
